Adam Laidler
Psychotherapist and Coach
Adam is the founder of Think Potential and has been delivering wellbeing initiatives in businesses for the past seven years. Prior to working in the field of mental health, he ran a successful HR and recruitment business, where he delivered leadership coaching and strategic consultancy services.
Stacey Lowman
Financial Wellbeing Coach
Stacey is the co-founder of Money First Aid, and a qualified financial coach. Her experience working in the finance sector for both established firms and tech startups gives her the experience and credibility to offer financial coaching and workshops to our clients who are seeking a holistic wellness strategy.
James Marcus
Strategy & Communications
Previously the Head of Social Media for NHS England during the Covid-19 pandemic, James has a wealth of leadership experience in the health sector. James works with our clients to develop internal communications strategies to improve employee engagement. He is also responsible for our online content and digital communications.
